Bell Notes – 2024 Daily routine

Morning Routine:

  • 7:00 AM: Wake up, meditate while jogging, cardio , gardening (30 minutes).
  • 7:30 AM: Stretching and flexibility exercises (30 minutes).
  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast : Organic Juice, smoothie or Fruit only + feed the dogs

Midday Activities:

  • 9:00 AM: Creative work (drawing, writing scripts, journal, blogging) for 2 hours.
  • 11:00 AM: Martial arts training (1 hour) ex: boxing, Muay Thai, judo, karate
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch and relaxation.

Afternoon Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM: Continue creative projects (2 hours) study new languages: French, Japanese, German, Italian, Latin, music, herbalism, culinary arts, horticulture
  • 3:00 PM: Physical training (push ups, jump rope, weights ) for 1.5 hours.
  • 4:30 PM: MIT, Harvard, Yale lectures online (1 hour) study Finance, marketing, value propositions + game theory

Evening Routine:

  • 5:30 PM: Dinner + cook + eat + feed the dogs
  • 7:30 PM: Evening creative brainstorming or record music.
  • 9:00 PM: Wind down with reading or philosophy discussions before bed. Watch anime shows or documentaries
